If you use the enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you choose to send. That typically includes your name, a phone number and/or email address, the service you are asking about, how you prefer to be contacted, and a description of your project.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website. We do not operate an online shop on this site.
How we use website enquiries
We use enquiry details only to respond to your request, arrange a showroom visit, measure or quote, and keep a record of the conversation as part of serving that enquiry. We do not sell personal information.
How enquiries are delivered
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When the online form is configured, completed enquiries are emailed to Tamworth Interiors using Resend, a transactional email service. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce automated spam. Those providers process the technical information needed to deliver the form, including a security token and, where supplied by the network, an IP address.
Until those services are fully configured, online enquiries may be unavailable. You can always telephone 02 6766 3665 or visit the showroom.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website does not currently use a first-party analytics product or advertising pixels. We do not run a Facebook or Elfsight widget on the live pages. Cloudflare and the browser may set strictly technical cookies or similar data required for security checks (including Turnstile) and to serve the site.
Maps, fonts and other third parties
The Visit Us page embeds a Google Map of 283 Peel Street. Loading that map may cause Google to receive technical information such as your IP address. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts.
How long we keep information
Enquiry emails and related job records are kept for as long as needed to complete the work you asked about and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping needs. Technical server logs used to operate and secure the website are retained only for a short operational period.
